very nice icons...but I cant get them at all. The link is hidden from view on rollover, and saving it shows it (the windows icon installer) to link to this same page...not a .xpi file like all the other icon packs.

would be great if this were resolved...I'd like to try these out :)

I tried to install this and it installs successfully but the icons are not showing. The icon on the side of my taskbar has turned into a black square. Am I doing something wrong? I don't have other icon packs previously installed this will be the first. Glad if anyone can help

I agree with Nico. Make this icon pack in the form of an xpi file that I can download now and install it later.

And yeah... it,s really rock'n. :-)

re: comment #21 - thanks for this feedback, I will look into removing the javascript and creating a simple link. For now, however, you can simply download the file by going to the ThunderBird page - http://iconpacks.mozdev.org/packs/thunderbird.html.

Guess who's back, back again. Once the online installer finished installing this icon pack this morning, I restarted everything to make sure the changes go into effect without conflicts. Once everything started back up I had solid black square icons in the browser bar and download bar. I went into my C:\Program Files\Mozilla.org\mozilla\chrome\default\icon folder and found two solid black square icons matching what I was seen in the browser and download bar, labeled "default' and "main-window". I open them up in Irfanview to take a look at them and look at that !!! "That lizard is humping that globe !!, Mama". Irfanview gave the dimensions as 256 x 256. Hell that's not an icon, thats a splash screen. I used Irfanview to resize them to 16 x 16 like all of the other icons in that folder and saved them as Windows icons (.ico) over writing the black square icons and now everything looks and works great. Now you know, I should not have had to perform that duty. Still, damn good icons man.
Con mucho respecto from one of the boys in tha hood.

WHAT ! Is this some kind of trap that's going to end up with me standing before a Judge in a Florida Court Of Law?
I can't email you Jairo's icons without his permission.
All I did was modify them to work on my computer as I stated in comment 23.
If you are having the same problem I was having last morning, follow the solution I mentioned in Comment 23.
But if push comes to shove and if its alright with Jairo Boudewyn, I'll send you my modified version of his icons.....
is iconpacks-owner@NOSPAMmozdev.org a true email destination?
Bye the way! that sneaky looking ;-) slanted eyed grin don't help me feel any safer about doing this shiznit. :-)
I'm only doing this because last night over in the Mozilla Theme section, N'Jal with his or her instructions in Comment 154 and Wasi with his or her instructions in Comment 163 helped me install that dark brown negative modern theme ( that I have always loved since first day I set sight on it but haven't seen in two years now since upgrading) on my 1.7.5 version of Mozilla. You won't believe how many people are complaining about how it want install on anything above version 1.5.
So I figure what the hell ! I can help you out with this globe icon thing right!
What the hell, it's in the mail !!!!!!!!!

I just found a flaw in this Comment thing.
It's looking for Comment 154 and Comment 163 on this page ( Iwas refering to the Negative Modern theme page)and we have not even got that far in here yet.
Oh shiznit ! Mozilla.org is gonna kill me.
I'm gone!
